Custom Rent Box Needed

I am looking for a very very simple rent box for my land. I have had quite a bit of trouble finding what I want without all the bells and whistles. Should be an easy job for a scriptor and I am willing to pay of course!

I basically want a rock that sits on the land and looks like nothing more then a rock.

My feature requirements are:

Copy and Mod

Ability to set who is renting the land - the amount of time (in weeks preferrably) - min and max # of weeks - and the amount of money.

Ability for renter to pay tier to the rock and it goes to me.

3 days prior to rent expiring it should remind the renter

1 day prior to rent expiring it should remind the renter

Day of expiration it should warn the renter and me. And every day thereafter until three days is up.

After three days overdue it should inform the renter they are being removed from their land and inform me that I must evict them.

That's it! It shouldn't change position or texture or shape or anything.

Additionally I would love to be able to simply change the settings via notecard. I would thrill to be able to simply edit the notecard and change out
renter name: John Doe
rent duration in weeks: 4
min weeks: 4
max weeks: 52
rent per week: 500


it would be great to set the other features as well - and would make it a more flexible product for you the scriptor for resale - but it isn't urgent to me.

Additionally if there is a way to have the rent box notify me via email when rent is overdue that would be awesome.
