Need Group Radio With Special Permissions

I was accepted to present several Djs from around the world at the Second LIfe 5th Birthday Party. I had checked that I needed permissions to change the music Url often - but the organizers say they had no idea what that meant. So I have my regular radios that I add a list of URLs and list of users - then I deed it to the land ownership group.

The permissions in the group that I received do not include the ability to move my radio after I deed it or set it for sale so I can buy it back. Organizers (for no reason that they can articulate) will not go into the OBJECT MANAGEMENT section of the group and check MANIPULATE group items and SET GROUP-OWNED ITEMS FOR SALE.

SO: Is there a radio out there that can be deeded to the group that owns the land and still allow someone to add URLS and users without owning it? Can this be developed with little difficulty?
