undone and rezzable clothing

Hi
I am wondering if anyone sells clothing that is in some state of being undone.
I.e. A shirt that is unbuttoned and pushed aside, t-shirt pushed way up, pants undone, stuff like that.
These clothing would, I suppose, have to be sold in a few layers (i.e. 'jacket layer' is the shirt closed, 'shirt layer' is the shirt open).

Also, are there anywhere rezzable items of clothes (just objects), such as pants thrown over the edge of a bed, a shirt crumpled on the floor, shoes lying around. Basically, a sort of "messy bedroom" look.

I'm NOT looking for stripper-type stuff.

Brann, I danced with a guy once whose shirt went from button to unbuttoned, so there is at least some out there. IM me and I'll get you in touch with the guy. And let me know if you find more of this type of clothing - ladies or mens stuff.

That can't be done unless through prims, which would just look stupid.

Chances are he was bluffing you and just changing to the next shirt. Still a good idea in itself though, selling shirts at the various stages.

Like i said, he'd have been manually changing it.

The clothing laying on floor or hanging can be done as texture on a prim.
I have done clothing rack of coats before but not sure about on avatar, it could be possible but I don't know off the top of my head of any unbutton shirts with exposed chest that look realistic.
Biggest issue I see is how the sliders do clothes that would make it look bit odd.
I could possibly try to paint you some transparent textures that do that but not sure about hanging over the bed or bed because of the GL transparency glitch might look really strange sometimes.
If I did it I just charge you the upload cost depending on what you're doing it with it.
Or if you have access to graphic editing program and camera you could just take the photos yourself of what you want and put them on transparent surface. PNG files are the easiest to make.

Wow, didn't think it was this complex!

I have an open pizza box that I can rez on a table or the floor or even the bed without running into trouble with transparency, even if it juts out over the edge of the surface. Why would some piece of clothing tossed there be different? (Obviously, I know nada about creating this stuff :)

Same for the clothes, if you can create a shirt with a super-plunging neckline, why not create it (as an undershirt layer) where it's just painted on the "sides" of the avatar, leaving the chest bare? I guess the importance there would be in the garment detail, so it doesn't just look like a chunk of something hanging there.
Then you could just remove the shirt to reveal the undershirt layer. Of course, there is always that pesky rez time in the transition.

For clothes lying around, I would use whatever you have that's prims. Simply rez one of your shoes on the ground, instead of wearing it, for example. You can't, of course, do that with any of the regular clothing layers ... but you can do it with a flexi skirt. For example, take a mod flexi skirt and put it on a bed. Stiffen the flexi until it isn't fallling thru the bed, and throw a pillow over the top where the waistband would be but isn't :)

There are some women's clothes that come in various stages of deshabille on different layers ... corsets that are closed as a jacket, and open as a shirt, for example. There's a men's shirt from, I think, Eros that is that way too. Robin Sojourner has flannel shirts that are that way, for both men and women.

Clothes crumpled on the floor is something I've been thinking about making with sculpties. I'll let you know if I come up with anything.
