Barriered Land with 'no owner'

Hi. There is a small area of land in Tupi (Tupi 113,46,2. The group that owns the land no longer exists and the only item in the land ( a billiard table up in the air) is owned by someone who no longer can be found in Search (I assume this means has closed their account).

My problem with this land is that it has security barriers permanently up which are a total pain - I wouldn't mind if someone was using the land, of course, but as it is 'unowned' now, the barriers are driving me to an early grave - I own land kinda all around it.

If the land can not yet be sold/auctioned/whatever, could the barriers possibly be dropped? Please?

Hello Elgyfu. I joined this plot to the one next to it, reverted the terraforming, removed the access lists, and have added this new plot to the auction queue.
