please enable scripts in the southern continent Linden sims

There are a number of sims in the northern continent that are linden protected water sims (like Dors) with scripts enabled which is great for boating and sailing. In the southern continent the Linden sims are NOT script enabled which means that the HUDs for the new Tako 3 sailboat (and many other vehicles, I imagine) do not work. Could you turn ON scripting for all these sims, please? The round -the-continent sailboat races would be even better...
