Stray Vehicles and Random Prims starting to litter the new continent

All objects in question are on Linden Land.

In particular, there is a hot air baloon at Yongchon (254, 30, 7 that has been there for the past few days at least, as well as some pieces of a prefab house just south of Malra's southern border.

There are also some vehicles strewn about the continent as well, but they aren't visible from Malra so probably aren't bothering anyone, but are worth a mention anyhow.
