I just noticed that an entity called Linden Lab Customer Service has appeared as the newest member (in that Second Life Forum Statistics box towards the bottom of the forum front page). So ... hello *waves*.

Customer service? Well I hate the form letters. BUT recently I was nearly double billed and I have to say the lindens corrected the problem both quickly and with much care. I thank them for that! Made my day to see that they really did care.

I also give them kudos for solving my low fps problem after the last update. Within twenty minutes they responded to my email, within twenty minutes after that they had a solution for me that worked.  Yay, Silvain!
