(1) Take I-95 to the I-676 exit- EXIT 22- on the LEFT toward US-30 / CENTRAL PHILA / INDEPENDENCE HALL / CALLOWHILL ST.
(2) Take the CALLOWHILL ST exit toward I-676 E / US-30 E / INDEPENDENCE HALL.
(3) Turn RIGHT onto N 3RD ST.
(4) Turn RIGHT onto WILLOW ST.
(5) Turn LEFT onto N AMERICAN ST.
(6) Turn RIGHT onto NOBLE ST.
