Things have gotten a little screwy in my RL.
My computer, which I just got in perfect running order, is currently on pawn so I can get to a job interview Monday, which will hopefully lead to me being hired, and saving up money to make my eventual escape from Dallas.

But... I had very little notice on having to pawn it (for a weak $60, I guess that'll make it easier to get back) so I didn't have time to log in and tell people what was up.
If I'm lucky and nothing goes incredibly wrong, I'll be back in week or two.
If we can keep SBC from cutting us off.

So, here's what I need to say to a few people, forgive my spelling.

Lallander Parvenu of the Baka Rangers
- You are teh r0xx0r, thanks for the card, I really did enjoy seeing the waves in 1.8, and actually getting to play the Quake 4 demo at full frames. Take care of the pinny. And go ahead and return all the crap at Baka HQ.

Domi
- *hug*. Hope the drawbridge works out.

Jamie Bergman of Bergman's Bargains
- I might have forgot something about that damn skyboard, make sure it's still copyable. And don't change the creator name on the Root prim. If you read the posts we discussed, you'll know why some of the scripts aren't MODdable. And if you do try it, don't try it on land you or your group owns. And a space ship shouldn't ask for money permissions, just so you know. I won't be there to give it the stop code, or refund any money, or keep the sim from endless looping, or.... you get the picture.

Roseann & Gwenyth
- Put in a good word for me, I'd like to be a Mentor when I come back. Maybe I can save a few n00bs from the dreaded BoxHead syndrome... while subverting them to my will.

Everyone else on my Contacts list
- You're important to me too, and I'll bother to write something when I think of it.

I'm still modding the boards when I can, don't make a mess of the place when I'm gone.

Yep. It was SMOOOOOOTH, too. I was cappin' Strogg ass left and right.
But I kept trying CTRL-SHIFT-M to pull up a map.

And... for those of you who bought an SH-22c Maverick from Jamie...

1.) Rez and edit the Maverick
2.) go to Tools > Set Scripts Running In Selection

or, if you're a little more capable at editing...

2.) edit the pilot chair and set the Control script to running.
If someone can post the code here I'll make the changes to lock it down to Owner only.

I left it open-control for a reason, which escapes me at the moment. I'll be back tomorrow around football time.
