I've done okay in SL thus far...I guess I mean monetarily. However, it has been an up an down experience. I don't really fit in here. It's strange. I've always made friends very easily wherever I go, but for some reason it hasn't panned out that way for me here in SL. I've never spoken with you, nor have we met, yet, in some ways, you've become the face of SL for me. What I mean is, there have been times (too many in fact), when being here has really depressed me. On some of these occassions, when I'm all but ready to divest my holdings and leave the game, you say something so upbeat that it makes me laugh or cheers me up...or each time I happen upon HOBO...same effect...and it has kept me in the game just that much longer, giving me another chance at it. So, thanks... :)

Torley I swear, you are like Princess Di of SL (only less tragic). Torley: The People's Linden!

Yes, Torley, you're doing great in the forums! If only you had more chance to poke the techs to answer more questions people have :) Some of us are very good in technical fields and would love to hear some inside information about what makes SL tick, and what makes it fail. Maybe we can work around bugs better if we knew *why* they are there and *what* causes them to show.
