I'm leaving behind most of my activities in SL and will be downgrading to basic for now. I've taken a job in the video game industry and will be focusing all my time on that.

I'm placing my AV in cryogenic sleep and hope to come back in future and see how things are. I'll drop in from time to time, but am cutting all activities (Teaching, Mentoring, Greeting, Greifing) for now. I'll pop my head in now and then though.

If you don't have my card feel free to ask in world, but after next week I won't be replying to IM's so feel free to e-mail me at (my full av name with no spaces and "at" gmail on the end).

My land is going too so please drop me a line if interested in my college land or private plot.

I hope to come back when.....

1. I have a new and faster computer (MacIntel or PC... only the future knows)
2. Mono and .Net or whatever is in full swing.
3. Generalized texture layers cover us.
4. Havok 2 (LOL hope my cryo-sleep lasts THAT long)

Goodbye everyone. Without you SL would just be a very poor CAD program.

I've outsourced my avi* to a third world country to log on occasionally and gold farm. In return they can keep all the rare items and sell them off to players in need. I hope to find my av to be level whatever and all glowy bye the time I return. Actually I'll pop in once a week to get my 50L.

I've accepted a job as a QA tester for a local video game company. So I'll not be able to devote hours to playing computer games as I'll be busy spending hours playing computer games.

I will miss you all very much (well not everyone, you know who you are). Decide which of those applies to you and take care.

congrats on the new job (i'm jealous, how do i get a job like that?!?), try to remember not to have too much fun.

and i agree with the others, remember to come visit now and again.. even if just long enough to polish your cryo-chamber and make sure the shiny is.. shiny.
