As a host for more than two years in Second Life, I have been fortunate enuf to meet many wonderful people and from these meetings made many, many friendships.
One of these people is Webgoddess Mars, who will be getting married soon! Webby brought laughter and fun to all my events. She was a regular.
The key to my events was I never asked for nor expected anything but folks to have a good time. In return, people brought their friends, who brought their friends and so on and so forth. And generosity was contagious. Even a newcomer would scour their inventory for something to donate. Be it money or a prize we always had the best to offer.
Others who came back in the day with Webby were MagicJust Sue Kojima, Zyrra Falcone, Lukas Thetan, Lycanis Khan and many many more.
So if you remember my events and the beautiful Webby, one of the loviest faces in sl, please post here.
Thank you to Webby and to all of you that attended my events. I love looking back on those wonderful days.

Very nicely said Misty. I have met so many friends at events. And Webby is one of them. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding Webby, and I am honored to be the DJ for you  And all cause I met you at an event over a year ago. Amazing !!!!  |

Aww Misty, ty for starting such a great thread! Webgoddess Mars has graced SL with her beauty inside and out. as one of SL's most recognized models she always been a very kind fun loving generous lady with great spirit and spunk  I wish you the best Webby with your upcoming wedding. You deserve all the happiness in the world. So many faces have come and gone in SL but so many of the ones i still see and love to see I met at Misty's events. Events full of fun laughter and extreme generosity. (sometimes lag giggles  ) Everyone was an equal whether you were giving or receiving. It was joyous no matter if you won or not. and you were always happy for those who did. It was a united effort to make SL a better place. Most of all people make it a better place. and remember a kind word goes a long way! Hugs to all & happy holidays too

Misty...your events were some of the most fun I had back then. I met so many people and made so many friends too. You are the one who actually inspired me to host events. I think I met Webby at one of your events. Good times...Great memories <3 |
