Jopsy Pendragon showed up in Teal two years ago. He was a cute litte av with loads of ideas, but we wondered if he really had any talent. Jarod sold him a bit of land to get him started and we all sat back and watched The Etheral Lands and The Particle Laboratory spring forth from The Jopsy's divine left hip. Don't ask me; I was just observing.

Happy Birthday Jopsy. We love you and hope you'll inhabit Teal forever and ever.

I've never met Jopsy.

However - I have a script in my inventory called "Jopsy's no-frills particle script". It was given to me when I was a newbie, and it is that script, with its excessive comments - that turned me onto learning LSL and 'taught' me how to work with particles.

Nowadays, I keep that script and pass it out to any new resident asking me about scripting. That simple script played an important part in 'hooking me' into SL - I'm sure it has for others as well.

Heh, I've used that script as well. And I was thrilled to see, when I finally met Jopsy awhile back, that his ultracool Faun av had ram's horns, like me.
