Sup SL peeps,
I'm still fairly new to SL, but it's been treating me well and I'm enjoying every bit of it. Such an interesting little world. Hard to describe to your friends, you just wanna say you have to try it for yourself.
Well anywho.
I've searched around a bit not a lot, but didnt see any groups related to Fraternities. So I was wondering if anyone on here is a brother of my Fraternity. PHI KAPPA PSI. If you are awesome!
What school and chapter are you from?
as for me i'm part of IL Zeta Chapter at DePaul University.
If your not a PHI PSI, well post what Fraternity your apart of and chapter and we can see how many people are on here.
I would really like to form some groups and get a big thing going.
If anyone's interested PM or post.

well, welcome to the wacky world of Second Life there, Arturito. and you're looking for frat guys? hmm.. how odd. it's like Revenge of the Nerds. are online virtual worlds really normal to see in frats now? what are the hazing rituals now? drink and wear a box on your head then run around with tennis balls that have "poseball" written on them? "Hey Brad, i dare you to drink the rest of that Jaeger then walk around the WA naked!!" well, like i say.. as weird and confusing as it is to see a frat guy looking for other frat guys here, it's also.. frightening. will there be a rush for frats to own their own private islands? i just hope they don't try to cause any mayhem.. we have professional griefers for that and they may retaliate and show ther frat guys what mayhem is really all about. lol. have fun here and good luck. and remember, despite my post here, i really do adhere to "the more the merrier" as my outlook on SL. griefers suck, sure.. but frat guys? sure, come on in.

lol.
Well I posted since I've notice more older players, and was just wondering I would come across an Alum or something of that sort.
As for the stereotype of Fraternities from movies and shows, it really isn't like that at all. Well at least for my group and most I know of.
It's just a club like any other, that is a bit more exclusive.
But yea, if I did find a big enough populus here I would definitely like to have our own island.
However if this doesn't work I'll think of some other interesting plan to help SL grow.
