you say the phones are open.. then why dont you have people there answering the phone. i have to listen to the horrible music for hours and listen to the information i know. why cant someone answer the phone in a timely manner. if there are too many phone calls maybe you should have two number..
one for the personal accts.. and one for island accts.. then maybe we who are jsut normal customers can get an answer in a timely mannner?????????????????????????
