Why do TOS violation warning letters not contain full details of exactly why the resident has been warned/suspended? For example, a recent warning was given to a resident for violating policy by not having a PG profile. Yet the letter contains no indication of what in the profile was in violation. The same has gone for forum posts and other offenses. We are simply told to contact abuse-manager@lindenlab.com, but that mailbox is a black hole with no courtesy whatsoever of even a response.
As the person receiving the warning, at a minimum, we should be able to know the exact offense that occured, including what actually violated it. Why, after 3+ years, is this still not happening? Half the time, the TOS referred to that was violated is vague and the person doesn't even know exactly what they are being warned for. What kind of disciplinary system is that?
