On behalf of all the curious SL users, can you please comment on the question presented in this post?

As I said a couple of days ago (in a post that has since been deleted -- accidentally, I'm sure :o ), I'm not asking you to comment on pending litigation. I, and many others, would simply like to have a look at the public documents LL has presumably filed as part of defending this action. Please save us the trouble of scouring the internet.
