Hey, ok heres my problem that ive been having for a while now, with the stipends coming in right, well for some reson I havnt been getting them, "yet" on my account info on the SL web page it says that infact ive been geting them. Well I took a gander at last stipend payday and nothing came in at all, I was at 26,700 my friend got his and I saw no chage in mine and I was still at 26,700 lingering "yet" it says in my account that I got it but I didnt... Ive talked to a linden in the billing department aka e-mails about this problem and all I got from him was that my account says im getting the stipinds but im not... Now I dont know whats going on and theres no way I can prove that this is happening to me because my account says that im getting them in but I havent seen no change at all in my money nothing zip nota its been like this for a while now and at frist I thought I wasnt seeing it, just missing it ya know. Im not looking for a hand out from LL I just need some one to look into this and see if there is a bug or my lindens are going else where that I dont know of at all (Also I share a credit card with my real life friend might that be a problem in the stipnds I have no clue is why im making this thread). Anyways hope to hear a response about this if posable or not but thanks for taking a look at this adios,

That's horrendous Nexes. Have you tried e-mailing LL or telephoning them, which is probably easier if you are in the USA. Hopefully you can speak to someone who can sort out your problem.

What total does the account page say you should have in your account?

If it's 27,600 then all should be good, right?

Well what im getting at is that on every payday/allowance what ever I havnt been getting anything the only thing im getting money from is my vendor nothing from LL even though it says that on my account that ive been getting a payday/allowance but im not getting it aka not seeing change in game with my lindens you know the money bar abouve the screen well I watched it worte down how much money I had befor the payday/allowance then took a look later at it and nothing changed and its not like I havnt been on SL at all im allways online just about every day lol but idk thats about the best way to explane it really.

Hmm, go to account -> transactions

Cut/paste everything and post it here, click ealier, cut/paste, click earlier cut/paste, etc until you feel you have enough information.

Clear out the to/from if you want some privacy.

If you do that you'll probably find that this is a problem of user error and not linden error.
