I am looking to sell some land, and haven't done so for a while. Can anyone tell me what is an average price per m2 for mature waterfront?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can supply me any info.

I am certanly no land expert, but I believe that mature waterfront land can still command upwards of L$9/m.... would everybody agree with this assessment?

Well, with auction land now just a commodity for the barons, I think that if you guys hold for a while you might see 6-7 for mature and up to 10 for waterfront, so I would have to agree with Jamie with her estimate

In my area mature is $4.00 or $5.00 and PG is $3.00. Been that way for a long time now.

Waterfront could possibly be a bit more, in line with the 5 or 6 dollar price quoted on this thread.

Yep - impossible to sell at $7.5/m currently.
Maybe 6 would work, but I'm not resigned yet.
Top class flat mature multiple waterfront, no griefers around, protected land on two of four boundaries. Think I'll just keep it. If there is no action to kill boom and bust cycles, it'll come back up, and anyway, its my residence, and I never expected a profit. Though I would prefer no loss !

That's precisely what I have. Flat, mature, nice and unintrusive neighbors, on a corner point of a mainland island sim, with water along two sides - 8192 m2 in all.

Thanks all for your responses, I will definately take them into consideration. :)
