Will, I can't say if beach areas ever come up. But I will say that if they do. Most assuredly they will be gone before you know it. Water front property seems to be almost "the thing" to get if you can ever find it at a "cheap" price. And I'd have to say first land is the cheapest price you'll ever find any land if there is ever any water front first land. |
