Only L$197,000 stands between USD $3.80 per L$1,000.

There has been increased trading over the past couple days, seemingly wiping out the buy side interest - there are currently tons of sell orders listed on GOM.

Will the L$ continue its decline? Time shall tell...

Hm. If it drops another couple of cents, that would be a great time to buy a whole whack o L$, then sell it when it inevitably bounces back to about 4.10, as it has more than once.

3.98 when I looked 2 seconds ago.. musta bounced off chicken littles head....

When it goes down to 3.50 I'd raise an eyebrow.. but shifting 10 - 15 cents on either side of 4.00 is biz as usual.

Siggy, I'm not chicken little. I'm not even vested in the GOM market. I just like making market commentary. There's no personal gain involved for me. Sheesh.

Jamie, I appreciate that you're following the market, and that you don't have any vested interest in it. But it is at $4.00 for buys and has been for days. And sells it has been at $3.99. I know, I've been buying and selling there.

The idea that "all that stands between this and a crash is X" seems fallacious to me as that number of packets is always refreshing. I don't know what the usual "cushion" is but until we could compare that over time, it's meaningless to me.

But I never even said "crash".... I just posed the question... will the L$ go lower? I believe it will. Just one lil girl's opinion :-)

Check the scatter graph, Jamie and the average rather than the open/close/current trades.

It's sputtering around 3.96 pretty steady.
