Does buying land with items (houses bushes, etc) on it convey title to those items as well?

Yeah, that one actually bit me. I thought that when the land was sold it would automatically return all of my items. Because I was considering moving out, but not activly looking, I set a high price on my land. Turns out someone really wanted it and bought it. That's great, except that all of the stuff on there didn't return like I thought it would. Oops. It's no big deal, but it was a bit of a surprise.
Plus, I got to buy a fancy new plot twice as big as my old one with the proceeds from the sale.
