to form an organization of independant 'realtor' to discuss about the land market, avoid economic crash , planning a meeting. Please IM me in game if you are interested. No "alt account" will be responded (How i will decide which is alt is, i know already the names of known land business owners. No other people will be responded.)

You all need to understand it's a DISCUSSION group, not a yet-another-land-holding-organization.

Not even an investment group.
It's a good way to share idea to improve the SL landscape. (e.g : i really wish to be able to give land to LL and make it "protected"

We all have our own interest on the market, our own way to make money. There isn't ONE land market, but many. More than you can imagine if you never "played" with the land market.

(And, to be honnest, i think it won't have a big impact on the land market. We already discuss between 'realtor' by IM.)

I believe you are the one that IM'd me about a mistake on the price, or something like that. I didn't really understood. But you asked money for a land you weren't able to tell me where it is.

I asked 3 (three) times where was the land and you weren't able to tell me where was the land. But, you told me things like "I'll abuse report you, gnagna, blablabla".
Why should i give money, or refund a land to someone i don't know and not able to tell me where is the land.

I have the log, i reread it. If i understand correctly, you were working on the land while i bought it. There was nobody around me when i bought it.

I asked if it was a SCAM, you didn't answered at all.
I still think it's a SCAM... and now you go with personal attack.

Edit : i reread the log. i requested 2 TP, and asked 4 time where was the land. without answer or TP.
My 1st sentence was "what when where ?" and my second "tp please".

Beside the fact that this post is against TOS (naming names), I have personally worked with the person in question in buying a parcel of land. She made me a deal and she stuck to her end of it, waiting almost a week to get payment from me on the land. I can't say enough good things about her ethics.

I saw the log of the conversation as a REALTY NETWORK member. And kerunix is insisting to learn the place of the land to refund but she/he didnt answer. Kerunix acted perfectly in the conversation. I asked to copy&paste this conversation to the forum as a reply to her/him. Kerunix told me exactly: "I cant, it is agains the TOS".
One day before this a "land baron thing" bought land from kerunix, kerunix forgot to put one "0" to the land price. And asked for refund. "the land baron thing" didnt refund. I asked him to post to the forum kerunix replied:"it is against the TOS". Now one is posting a "PERSONAL ATTACK" to kerunix under this thread(?) about a topic which kerunix did nothing wrong.
