To: All Linden staff members Subject: Accuracy of information in staff member's inworld profiles. Problem: Staff members have out of date and otherwise inaccurate information in their profiles which could confuse residents Example: Ryan Linden's profile contains a reference to "Live Help" being found in the Help menu, but there is no "Live Help" option in the Help menu. Required action: All Linden staff members should check their inworld profiles, update them and otherwise ensure their contents are correct.

That's a good idea. I would also like to see a place on the website where I can find a list of the Lindens, their profiles, and their in world working hours.
