Music Stream Reset When you Sell Land

I think that it would be a good change to have the Music Media on a parcel reset to blank when the land is sold. This helps protect people who don't know any better from leaving thier personal Shoutcast URL on the land, and then end up losing listener capacity not knowing why. (As an example I have seen happen in world.)
