Everyone knows the pain of creating something with a lot of inventory. All those permissions need to be set to whatever in order for the containing object to function properly or have the correct rights. It would be extremely useful to have a tool that changes the permissions of all the inventory in a selection simultaneously. No more having to click, wait, click, wait, click, wait while the asset server runs to the corner of the room to cry and cut itself just to update each little checkbox. Just something like: Tools -> Set Permissions In Selection -> mod/nomod, copy/nocopy, trans/notrans. Let us select single prims, multiple prims at once, or perhaps a whole linked set and change permissions for all the inventory in each prim. This has been suggested in some other forms, such as an option on objects to recursively set permissions on all of their contents and child prims' contents, but such a possibility would not be as versatile as working on a selection of some number of prims. Pwease?

How about also fixing the bug that causes an object that is rezzed to have no copy/no mod/no trans after being picked up? Try it LL (and everyone else). Create a box. Make it copy/mod/no trans (or whatever you feel like making it). Pick it up R-click it in your inventory and go to properties Knowtice the [ ] copy [ ] modify [ ] transer boxes all being blissfully blank. CONFIRM that these are the next owner permissions by giving it to someone (like an alt) and watch as they go "WTF? I cna't copy it, modify it, OR transfer it...."
