This is my first post and proposal, and it is regarding an issue which has long since annoyed me, that could turn out to be very useful for angry neighbours, or neighbours who just don't really care much. Im not sure of the plausibility of such a thing, since particles are done client-side, and land is done server-side, but at least if the possibility would be considered, it would be great.
Essentially, if a person is banned from your land, then their particles cannot enter your land, or be on your land. Useful for things like griefers, who, say, you ban, then they 'particle nuke' right outside the parcel borders, affecting the client-side speed of avs near them, and severely irritating the land-owner, but there's nothing that can be done.
I'd love to hear a Linden comment on such a feature, but I can understand if ya'll are too busy with other proposals. I acctually don't expect for a second I'll hear anything from a Linden about it, but it doesn't hurt. I'd just have to get this up to 500 votes
