Events: sit_start(integer total_number) sit_end(integer total_number)
Function: llPassSits(integer pass);
these would work like the touch events
llDetectedGrab - return TRUE if they are on a sit target or FALSE if not on a sit target (because a grab would be meaningless otherwise) llDetectedLinkNumber - return the link the agent is sitting on llDetectedGroup - work the same llDetectedKey - work the same llDetectedName - work the same llDetectedPos - work the same llDetectedRot - work the same llDetectedType - work the same llDetectedVel - work the same

While added functionality for sit targets would be nice, I guess I really don't mind if(changed & CHANGED_LINK) { if(agent) enough to make this a high priority over other stuff just yet.

From: Jeffrey Gomez While added functionality for sit targets would be nice, I guess I really don't mind if(changed & CHANGED_LINK) { if(agent) enough to make this a high priority over other stuff just yet. Unfortunately, the link-changed event is triggered for _every_ prim in the link set! It can be difficult, nigh impossible for the root prim to actively determine which prim the person sat on. You have to do some tricky coding to make each sit target prim actually figure out whether it was the one sat on or stood up from.

I guess it all depends on what you're trying to accomplish with such a suggestion. If you want a script for what cannot be done yet, then this isn't necessary yet. However, on making it far more efficient and user-friendly... yes.
