Are we ever going to get a "kill switch" on our loading queue?

That is, all textures / objects / particles / non-avatar affecting things stop downloading immediately.

One prime example of how this would be used is teleporting. If I'm teleporting to a new region, I don't need really to download anything else where I'm leaving... I just want to leave the old region. The current system seems to want to resolve everything in process before teleporting - what seems to be the cause for the teleport lag when a player leaves a laggy area. With the kill switch, on teleport, all old queue'd downloads could be cancelled so that the new region can be started. (Unless the tp is in the same sim)
