Something needs to be done about these casinos and clubs using up sim resources on small plots of land. It is unfair to anyone else who owns land in the sim when 20 - 30 avatars are allowed to camp on just one parcel lagging the sim down. This prop suggests that there be limits placed on the number of avatars allowed on a parcel at once, based on the size of the parcel. If someone wants to host a certain number of avatars in the sim then they must purchase more land in that sim to do so. It is only fair to other land owners and I believe will go a long way to helping the current condition of the mainland.

Woo hoo! I bought my first land! Wait. Why can't I have any guests over?

Or worse yet.

It would need to have SOME lee-way such as a minimum allowance, so even small plots can host several people as Draco18s points out. However, the idea is a good one.
