Lift the five per person per 24 hours limit on posting events on the Event Calendar for those who professionally advertise for more than one business with the following restrictions:
No more than one post per event per category.
Must be able to reasonably demonstrate how an event applies to the category it is posted in.
Advertisers must qualify for and obtain a liscence permitting them to post apart from this restriction. They must demonstrate that they advertise for more than one business. They must demonstrate that staying within the current limits adversely affects their ablity to reasonably advertise for the businesses they provide services for.
Applying for a liscence should carry a fee to cover the cost of processing and dissuade frivolous or uneccessary applications.
Liscensing should carry a monthly fee to dissuade frivolous holding of liscences and encourage those who are no longer advertising to cancel their liscences.
