Reduce Animation Limits

Since one of my ram went dead and there were too many animation at one certain place and it lagged real bad. I couldn't even play at all or just for short time and it takes forever. It was frustrating for me when I can't play. I'd like to see some limits of using animations such as animation floor, etc. perhaps limit KBs or something like if its over the limit, it's not allowed.
