You should make group notices stay in the group till either the group is delete or the notice is deleted by group owner or the person who made it
the way it is now you can make a notice and it will stay there for how ever long and delete itself automaticly
1.what it i mess up and load the wrong attachment or have a few typos or even forget to put in the attachment
2. my group is so anyone can post. what if some acts like a noob and post 50 of the same thing
3. what if someone comes in and decides to advertise something
4. what if i want to post a notice for everyone to see no matter when they join
5. what if i have rules or something i dont want to have to repeat
if the notices would just stay there till deleted by the owner of the group or the person who made it then we wouldnt have to worry about these things
straight to the point:
1.no auto delete for group notices
2.make it so only owners and notice makers can delete notices

Notices: Delete, Edit, No Time timelimit Removal

Why has the lindens never implemented such a needed feature??
LIndens - atleast let us delete a notice!
This has got to be most limited thing in the client viewer of all.

Found a few proposals in the Issue Tracker (JIRA) like SVC-2824 that’s almost a year old and labeled as Major Priority…LOL!
