Linden Employee Communication Standards

I propose the adoption of the following standards for communications from Linden employees: Linden Employee Communications Standards
Linden employees must not contradict themselves or other Linden employees.
Linden employees may not cite as support or explanation an ambiguous or contradictory passage from a Linden document, or cite a passage which is contradicted elsewhere in Linden produced statements.
Linden staff member's statements must be clear, concise, comprehensive, coherent, and contradiction-free.
Linden employees responding to a question will answer the question that was actually asked, not just one that has a few words in common with the question asked. This policy would be included as a sticky in the new version of the Hotline To Lindens forum, whatever it's new name might be.

Glad you like it, Infinite, I don't think I had the voting proposition ready yet at the time of your post, so I just letting you know hear that it is now not just a feature suggestion but also a voting proposal. If you really want to see it get some votes, if only for the fun of it, you might use the "User CP" link in the forums to set your signature to have a message of support for this proposition. Clicking this link: Prop 830: LInden Employees Communication Standards should take you to the propostion where you can apply all your available votes in support of Prop 830.

I thank that you are to right about this, I have seen to much where you never get the answer you wanted to start with so I am going to vote on this one for sure.

Be careful for what you ask for because you might get it.
These standards are completely subjective. Who decides what is contradiction-free or ambiguous?
If I were the Lindens and was held to this standard, I would stop the Town Hall Meetings and the forum hotline all together.
I think some of these problems are because the Lindens attempt to be very open with their communication. Personally, I would be happy if I never had any communication with them ever except for technical issues or billing. They come across as kind of insincere to me. It’s like they want to keep everybody just happy enough to keep the money rolling in.
