oke I know of many Sim owners that fill the 10 Estate manager limit so I wish that LL could UP the Estate Manager limit to 25, it would help large communities that have a sim or more that have Admins or Estate Managers to be covered all 24/7.. 10 slots isn't enough
Also LL needs to add a Co-owner to the Estate like a General Manager to help mantain the Estate! what do you guys think?

I'm thinking in the event of SERIOUSLY large communities, up on the size of FurNation (they have 6 sims last I checked). 2 EM online at any given time might be preferable. Each one stays online for 6 hours, that makes 8 EMs needed. Get something even larger, you might want 3 EMs all the time--6 hour shifts, 12 EMs, oop we can only have 10.

The limit should be increased yes, but IMHO more important still is the addition of access flags governing what each EM can do... so you can give them anything from no extra powers to letting them do everything the sim owner can do.

Note: it is possible for one person to pay for a sim while another person is designated as the "owner" in terms of the estate tools and such. Maybe this'll help with the "co-owner" portion of your request...

Co-owner means there is another one that is able to use the owner controls not be only one owner but it would help.. the main owner is able to change the co-owner to help make the sim better or worse its up to the owner...

I argee Angel, like I am I am a temp Estate Manager and I only need some control features when I help a client so it would keep the Owner to get less worried and makes my Job go fast and easy. And, there are alot of controls that sim owners/Managers need before this piece increase hits the new future sim owners of SL if theere is any...

A lot of estate managers means that you can provide better 24/7 coverage for multiple sims. Of course, unless someone is willing to *pay* 10+ people to deal with the issues of hundreds of residents 24/7, well, anything the estate managers do for you is done by their graces. No personal opinion on the 'co-owner' slot. What happens if there is a personal dispute or a billing dispute? Much to think about.
