Why can't I drop something no copy into an attachment? If I first drop the attachment, THEN I can drop it in, but not while it's attached. Not a big problem, but irritating, and I can't think why it should be this way.

Yeah, agreed. Very strange. I ran into this two days ago and bug-reported it... I thought it was only a problem with a no-modify animation, though. I guess it happens with anything no-modify OR no-copy, or both, probably. You should bug report your experiences with this.
