When purchasing an item you can add an option: "buy as gift". & then specify who the item is for. The item will go directly to whoever was written & tell them so & so got them a gift.

Helps with no transfer items.

You can aslo add a new primission: allow "buy as gift".

This sort of mechanism is technically possible with a script, provided you have the key or in-world location of the person you wish to send the item to (unlikely).

So yeah, I agree. Though I don't see this as something with very high priority, IMO.

Well you rating it as low priority matters the world to me Jeffrey.

I'm just being honest. If that seemed belittling, I humbly apologize.

This strikes me as one of those "really good ideas that won't happen for a while."

Eliminate any need to handle these kinds of special requests. Leave it at the buyers discretion.

1. Buyer goes to store, right-clicks product, chooses "Buy As Gift" OR "Buy" -> "As Gift" (sub-menu approach).

2. Buyer gets a window that asks for persons name which you can lookup if needed to. They choose name and clicks "Send As Gift".

3. Money is deducted from buyers account.

4. Transaction done.

A handy usability enhancement I am for. :)

I'd totally get behind this. Try making it a Prop that we can vote for! Maybe (maybe) they'll notice it!
