i like to see the no entry change so that rather then not being able to go into the parcel without being launched why not change it so that....
1. all chats that are happening in there are not viewed
2. hide what is on the proptery
3. allow people to go though the land but only for that extent (for flying only)
4. increase the whitelist to 1000
