Better withdrawal support for international users

I propose to support epassporte as a way of withdrawal besides PayPal.

Today, PayPal lacks support for international users (paypal cc is only available to u.s. residents, and we just can withdraw via paper check in some countries, what is expensive and time consuming), but epassporte allows worldwide users to have an epassporte credit card, making the withdrawal process a lot easier for non-us residents.

I am in Canada and I use my credit card with Paypal. I have no problems with pay pal at all... Just to let you know

At https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_display-approved-signup-countries-outside you can see the list of supported countries and how is it supported (bank transfer, paper check, or nothing)

With epassporte, one can get a pre-paid credit card on almost every country in the world.

I don't want to remove support to PayPal, it really rocks where it is 100% working. I just want another option for us that dont live on a country fully supported by it.
