In light of recent "land swooping" occurences, I suggest the following feature:

When selling land, during the dialog confirmation process, a check box should be available to: Show in Find Land Sales or as an added money sink, Show in Land Sales (L$10/week). Much like land parcels show as stores, gathering areas etc.

This way, residents who are selling to friends/group members at below market value, don't get "swooped". Likewise, for owners who are not concerned with quick sales, would have a window of opportunity to sell the land to the neighbors at reasonable prices.

Moreover, reducing abuse reports, liaison and support staff involvement.
