Clear Cache button in preferences

Can you add a "Clear Cache" button in the preferences / network tab?

It seems like the new clothing caching feature is occasionally causing problems for some people being stuck with certian artifacts on their skin. I usually recommend to them to clear their cache directory, and that usually fixes it.

However, it's sometimes difficult to explain to those who aren't comfortable with mucking around in the filesystem where their Second Life cache is located. If there were a button to do this from inside the UI, that would save a lot of trouble =)

Safest place to put it would probably be the login screen.
