Small Group BBS for all Users

Adding a simple BBS section for groups would be very helpful. Not all members can post group notices, and notices can't be responded to other than in group chat. BBS would be useful for leaving suggestions, questions, etc even those offline could come back and check (and reply) to later. As for placement, it could be added to another tab on the group window, shouldn't take up much space at all.
