Permission Tick Boxes in columns in Inventory

I'd like to see an improvement to the Next Owner Permission user interface...
Of course this might've been suggested before but my suggestion is to show the Copy,Modify,Resell permissions of every object in columns of check boxes in the inventory next to the object name. That way we could see at a glance what the permissions are and also have a fast interface for setting permissions.

If there's +ve feedback on this idea I'll add it as a vote in the new voting system.

I seem to spend way too much of my time opening properties windows simply to check permissions, I'm sure this would be a nice solution.
