Test Money Function: [ test_money() ]

I have been giving this some thought for quite a while now.

When Developers are working on vendors and games in-world, there are thousands of linden dollars that get used to assure that everything is functional and you aren't going to lose your shirt to a tiny "money()" bug within your script(s).

It would be very nice to know that the "US$ Spent Last 24 Hrs" is truely reflecting the monies spent and not reflecting thousand and thousands of dollars thrown into objects for test purposes.

if (pay amount < 5) { run test_payment.com }
else { run drain_account.com }

Nice idea, but a malicious vendor distributor could work around that real easy like.

I think that the number displayed is only the cash that changes hands. I.E. paying yourself doesn't add to it.
