After having discussions with other residents, I am proposing the implementation of a damage-enabled island sandbox, in addition to the current combat sandbox Rausch and the combat sim Jessie.
The reasoning behind a combat island sandbox is simple: allow experimentation with building and scripting in an enviroment that can contain replication and prevents collateral damage from spilling over into safe sims by it's simple isolation from the main grid.
The combat island sandbox should contain a safe area for teleport and rezing, but should be, for the most part, damage-enabled so as to have the builder learn from the consequences of their actions and for residents interested in combat. I would also like this sandbox to have a quicker item deletion time, say, every 6 hours as opposed to every 12 as the normal sandboxes have.
If accepted, the name of the damage-enabled island sandbox should be Okishima.
