draw distance problem

I change my draw distance almost every time I move to a new sim, because of the differences caused by lag. In some sims I can have a high draw distance and see really far, and in others, I have to set it really low if I want to move around at all.

I would love to have a little tool bar--like the movement contols or camera comtrols--that toggles between different distances easily.

You should be able to set a preference that automatically lowers your draw distance any time the FPS drops below a certain value.

Yeah, I still hope for a feature like a slider bar next to the time display on the menu bar, that lets one adjust draw distance (and possibly other performance settings) with a simple click-and-slide.

Thanks, Moleculor, but that doesn't really work for me. A little slider thingy would really make my day!
