Designate Mainland Sims Residential or Commercial

This is an idea I thought would be of benefit to the residents of SL. I doubt it would work. But what I would like to see is mainland mature and pg sims have designations of residential only or commercial only properties. I'm sure a lot of you out there are tired of seeing commercial properties invade your home sim's and possibly cause lag and other activities that would degrade your living situation. For example you have a really nice home on a nice piece of land and then someone purchases land next to you and opens a sex club. Anyways, its an idea. Hope it would be implemented.

The problem is enforcing it. Unlike in the real world where we have to get building permits saying what we're going to build, SL land is a "do what you want with it" thing.
