Proposal to automate property line dispute resolution:
It may not be possible to auto-return objects that are partially over a property line because they may be in the process of being positioned, and polite dispute resolution should be encouraged, but a land owner ought to be able to manually select an object that intrudes on their land, have the client or server verify it, and return the item. Maybe have the system auto-send a notice to the owner and if it isn't moved in (say) a week, auto-return it. Since this would be a manual-identification, the frequency should be low enough that it does not tax the system.
