Place to report trouble logging in when SL is open

If this is already available somewhere, apologies, but I think it would be really useful to have a place to report in if one can't get into SL and yet the status page says SL is open.

I don't know whether my location in the UK is something to do with it, but this has happened a number of times in the past couple of weeks. Only once I have got back into SL have I discovered that others have also been locked out-whether by connection problems in the UK or some SL reason.

If there is a place this is already happening, could some one point me in the right direction? Thanks.

But in any case, it's not you, nor the UK... The SL User Server is dead.

Ah! Thanks for that, though it makes me wonder why the status page still says SL is open... There is always a clue that things are awry when the number of browsers on the forum goes up very quickly.

Still think a place for users to exchange info - especially for the international members and especially when LA is sleeping - would be helpful .
