I would like to see a few added bits to the permissions for the Live Help group. Immunity to damage in damage enabled areas... Like Jessie...

Um *cracks up*.... I have to ask..
Are you suggesting this BECAUSE of an incident or because it's a smart idea?

Kind of both actually. It's rather fustrating to have several contributing factors to having to re-start your SL client up to 10 times a night due to borked teleports. What irks me a bit is I do enjoy volunteering my time to help those requesting assistance in SL, getting shot at in a damage enabled area while helping another resident didn't quite help matters much when I had to restart my client after a teleporting bork and losing questions in my IM window.

Actually, Burke - some people do have valid concerns in this forum concerning the want to not be griefed while helping someone else. Snickering at the problem won't help matters. Millie, the easiest way to avoid 95% of all griefing scripts of this manner is to simply rez a physical bubble that will "follow" your avatar, perhaps pairing it with sitting a non-physical prim therein. If you would like, feel free to IM me in-world and I will be more than happy to help you with some simple solutions to this problem. Unfortunately, offering Live Helpers immunity at the back end would offer an incentive to grief by said staff. I doubt it will happen.

I'd prefer, as a Live Helper myself, to have no extra powers than anyone else. We are there to be a voice in the void to help others out. If extraordinary powers are necessary, a Linden should be there to handle it.
I would like the Teleport feature (the only power we have during a call) timeout to be lengthened. Basically, the current feature is the same as if the person asking the question had pre-sent us a personal teleport to their location, but times out like after 30 or 60 seconds.
